Just wanted some opinions on optimal civics, traits, ethics, etc. Ngl of all the games i've played in stellaris playing Inwards Perfection has always been my favouriteGet the Chosen One from the Shroud, take the Divine Sovereign event when it triggers, and it reforms you to Fanatic Authoritarian + Spiritualist with 3 different civics instead, forcing away the Inward Perfection in the process.
